Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Aeraphim CPA website, including the scheduling and contact features. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is, and is not
This website provides general information about Aeraphim CPA and lets you request a consultation or send us a message. Nothing on this site is tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice, and nothing here is tailored to your situation. Using the site, booking a consultation, or sending a message does not make you a client of Aeraphim CPA.
A client relationship begins only when both you and Aeraphim CPA sign a written engagement letter that describes the services to be performed. Until then, we have no duty to act on your behalf, and information you share with us may not be protected by accountant-client privilege.
Consultations and scheduling
Appointments booked through our calendar are requests. We may confirm, reschedule, or decline a request. An initial consultation is a conversation to understand your needs and decide together whether we are a good fit. It is not a review of your records and does not result in advice you should rely on.
Please cancel or reschedule through the confirmation email if you cannot attend. Repeated no-shows may result in declined future requests.
Information you send us
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or account numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive financial documents through the contact form or by unencrypted email. Once we are working together we will provide a secure method for exchanging documents. We are not responsible for sensitive information you send through insecure channels before an engagement begins.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, to interfere with the site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, or to submit automated or bulk requests through the contact or scheduling features.
Intellectual property
The Aeraphim CPA name, logo, and all site content are owned by Aeraphim CPA or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party services
Scheduling is handled by Google Calendar, and the contact form is delivered by Formspree. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tax laws change frequently, and information on the site may be out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeraphim CPA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here applies to services provided under a signed engagement letter, which is governed by that letter.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Aeraphim CPA is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.
